Death surrounds me on this battlefield
I cannot bring myself to look around
All these souls that had been killed
Wandering lost with no sound
Walking with pain in my heart
I make my way through souls gone
And think of how they depart
Hearing the lonesome death song
I sat amidst the carnage of lost lives
Reaching into my own soul for peace
Trying to revive
That something that is protecting me

Close my eyes and relax
Trying to stop thinking about
The echo of the battleaxe
Ridding of the screams
The sounds of loneliness
Not looking for what it all means
Lost souls searching for love's last kiss
Reaching to the sky
Open with the heart in me
For all the Gods of you and I
Sitting amidst death's red sea
Praying to Gods of all
That is the beliefs of those around
The lost souls that had took the fall
Scattered upon this battleground
